About us

In 2017, Avto Engineering Holding Group expanded its scope of activities in the field of metalworking and powder coating by building its own factory - Avtofactory, with a built-up area of 3663 m² and a strategic location - on the ring road in Sofia, in front of Boyana Residence, with a total production capacity of 1265 m².

Avtofactory is a modern factory for Metalworking and Powder Coating, equipped with high-tech machines for CNC turning, CNC milling, Laser Cutting, Sheet Material Cutting and Bending, Pipe bending, Welding, Powder coating line and their related installation works.

The strategic collaboration with the Technical University of Sofia - Laboratory „CAD / CAM / CAE in the Industry" and the joint work on the implementation of projects with 3D creativity and new products rapid prototyping at the Sofia Science Tech-Park (Sofia Tech-Park) enable us to provide more flexibility and sustainable solutions presenting in the line with the latest trends in metalworking.

We are specialized in the mechanical processing of parts of steel, aluminum, copper, brass, all types of non-ferrous metals and plastics, providing extreme exactness of the end products.

Milling

Using the 5-axis milling machine with CNC control of the German brand DMG, we are enable to process details of materials of different type: steel, aluminium, brass, copper, non-metals, and others.

We dispose with a 4-axis Turning centre with CNC, brand DMG, for mechanical processing of medium-dimensional details. The machine can perform turning and milling operations at one set of the material.

MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT

We have penetrated the market with a wide range of metalworking services due to the investment we have made in the high-technology programming machines. The modern machine park is equipped with the latest generation CNC 5-axis milling machine, CNC lathe, Laser cutting machine for sheet material, Sheet bending machine, Guillotine for Flaring Sheet material, Bending machine, tool for Instrument precision measurement, etc. Their fine settings and CNC control enable getting extremely precise results and high productivity.

Provided for multi-axis processing CNC systems are characterized by high speed and precision control of interpolation, high computing power for simultaneous multi-axis control, inclined plane control, and coordinate systems transformation.

Together with a team of specialists in different fields and a well-structured production plan we managed to create a production that is easily adapted to the needs of a many different type of customers from different industries.

Our production hall has a lifting crane with a capacity of up to 5 tons, which enables the moving of structures with medium-sized dimensions and it is suitable for assembly activities performing.

The five-axis vertical CNC machine performs the mechanical processing of mid-gauge prismatic-hull details.

The large number of tools and the five steering axes allow diverse processing on one detail. The rapid tool change and the high speed of both positioning and cutting reduce the overall production time and cost of production.

New technology with a quick change turret and 30 m/min rapid traverse. A modern CNC turning machine must be productive, flexible and easy to operate. The modern CTX ecoline model leaves nothing to be desired. This CNC turning machine is appropriate for processing of medium-dimensional details. The UNO tool presetter provides accurate measurement of tools up to 400 mm in diameter and 400 mm in length. UNO 20 | 40 for manual measurement sets “new standards in the entry class of tool presetting”.

Microvision UNO quickly achieves highly accurate measuring results by using helpful functions. Accuracy is supported by a focusing window, which enables exact positioning even for highly complex tools. Another example for easy operation is MicroDock, to which up to four measuring favorites can be added via drag & drop. Furthermore, specially predefined measurement wizards simplify measuring of almost all conventional standard tools like reamers, drills or milling cutters.

POWDER COATING LINE

The Powder Coating Line Installation, which we have, provides high quality degreasing and powder coating line of various metals - aluminum, steel and galvanized parts. The line is very suitable for serial details coating, and its capacity enables large volumes for short periods.

Powder Coating Line is the most suitable method for coating and protecting metal products. The method has proven advantages compared to wet coating. The advantages are of a functional and aesthetic point of view. By a functional side it is guaranteed a reliable anti-corrosion protection of metal surfaces under various operating conditions, a good coating layer is guaranteed for details with a complex configuration, it enables steadiness in coverage of large details series.

The Powder Coating Line is also much more resistant to impact and scratching. By the aesthetic side, some beautiful surfaces with the desired gloss level, with relief effects, neon and luminescent effects, and many others are received as a final result. Powder coated components have less differences in appearance between horizontally or vertically coated surfaces than liquid-coated elements. The wide range of special effects is easily achievable, which is impossible to be achieved by other covering processes. Another important advantage of the Powder Coating Line is the harmless technological process and it is in conformity with the European environmental norms for production.
