Pipe bending

3D - Tube bending machine (bending machine) with capacity of round metal tubes bending up to Ø 80 mm and wall thickness up to 2,5 mm for non-ferrous metals and 2 mm for stainless and black pipes. The distances between the respective rounds are performed by programmable adjustment, as the bending is possible to be realized in different planes along the pipe length. There is a mandrel (arbor) in the pipe opening in the bending zone, which prevents pipe crushing.

The machine provides tubes folding on arc from different range (radius) or another curve at different angles and in different planes. It provides the processing of both standard bending and certain non-standard pipe shapes and sizes.

Tube bending is a process whose products are widely used in the production of cars, tractors, aircraft, metal-cutting and other machines.
